Housing disrepair: roof leak or condensation?
The occupants alleged a roof leak. Acting as expert witness, we used temperature, relative humidity and dew point readings to show what was really causing the damp, in a CPR Part 35 report.
Dilapidations: £1.6m claim settled for £320,000
A tenant of a large industrial unit in Stoke-on-Trent received a £1,600,000 terminal schedule of dilapidations. We reviewed the lease and settled the claim for £320,000, a reduction of 80%.
